Next to the living room is a large dining table for enjoying meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools needed to cook comfortably. There is also a convenient laundry room. A special feature of the villa is the area with the pizza oven, where, upon request, you can arrange for a pizza chef service or join a cooking class to learn how to make pizza. Also on the middle floor is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy.
Upper Floor: On the upper floor, there is another living room with access to a panoramic terrace, ideal for enjoying the view in total relaxation. Here, you will find two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, offering more comfort for guests.
